The Kratos 6000 Prometheus block magnet consist of a large Neodymium magnet COMPLETELY housed within a protective shell and has a combined pull force of 6,000 lbs. Because block magnets consist of one solid magnet, the magnetic field generated by them is stronger than typical fishing magnets and due to their design are capable of attracting ferrous materials from every side of the magnet. The Kratos 6000 Prometheus block fishing magnet is an all purpose magnet suitable for dragging the bottom of waterbodies or dipping off of docks, ocean piers, and bridges. Due to having six straight sides, these magnets are capable of biting harder on ferrous materials compared to the rounded sides of 360 magnets. This magnet is very powerful and can cause severe injuries if mishandled.
