Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. For damaged items delivered please email support@kratosmagnetics.com.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email support@kratosmagnetics.com with the subject “Return” and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable
• For exchanges, please email support@kratosmagnetics.com with the subject “Exchange” and include your order number, name, and the item you would like to have in exchange.
• Kratos Magnetics LLC will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods (Receiving Department). Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• All magnets must be shipped in a box in order to comply with USPS and DHL regulations.
• Returns in an envelope or padded envelope will not be accepted.
• Return refund processing can take up to 5 business days from receipt of the return, as all products are individually inspected.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
• Neodymium magnets are prone to breaking when they are mishandled. Returns on magnets that have been damaged due to improper handling or show signs of wear will not be accepted.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment. If you wish to cancel and order, notify us immediately and we will attempt to stop the order before it is processed and shipped. If the order has already been processed, we are unable to cancel the order, and it will then be subject to our return policy.

Shipping to the contiguous United States is $5.99 or free for orders over 50 dollars. Items are typically delivered within 2 - 8 business days once shipped. International and noncontiguous United States shipping times and shipping costs vary depending on destination. Customs duties and fees are handled by the destination country’s Customs office and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Kratos Magnetics LLC has no control over Customs duties and fees. These fees are typically paid at delivery and Kratos Magnetics LLC cannot waive or avoid them. Shipping times are only estimates and are not guaranteed. If you have a time sensitive order please contact us prior to ordering to ensure we can accommodate.

Yes. We offer a 12% discount to active and retired military with proof of service. Email support@kratosmagnetics.com with proof of your service documents to receive a discount code. Personal information can be marked out before sending proof of service documents.

Our Large Neodymium magnets are not toys and can be dangerous if not handled properly. Always wear gloves and eye protection when handling Neodymium magnets. Kratos Magnetics LLC is not liable for any injuries or damages caused by the misuse of our products and these terms are accepted by the buyer when they purchase our products.

• Always keep Neodymium magnets separated by 3 feet (1 meter) unless they are enclosed in a container/box that dampens their magnetic field (like the boxes the magnets are shipped in from us).
• Neodymium magnets have a strong attractive force which can cause severe crushing/pinching injuries when improperly handled. Use caution every time you handle Neodymium magnets.
• Electrical devices and credit cards should be kept away from Neodymium magnets to prevent them from being damaged.
• Children should always be under adult supervision when handling Neodymium magnets.
• People with pacemakers should avoid putting Neodymium magnets near their chest.
